Wellness Writing Wednesdays (Free!)

Each Wednesday, you’ll receive a journaling topic ranging from emotional healing to creative breakthroughs.

Then, once a month, we’ll gather virtually to share takeaways, insights, and encouragement.

This is a safe, supportive space for women who want to overcome creative blocks, heal emotionally, grow spiritually, and gain clarity.

Pluma: Employee Wellness Writing Program 

For 6 weeks, employees will receive weekly journaling prompts to encourage personal reflection and growth. Each week includes a 45-minute online group coaching circle, a safe space to share insights and build community. Employees can also access a 15-minute individual check-in session with the coach.

Topics like Beating Burnout, De-cluttering Your Mind, and Living a Life of Gratitude are designed to improve mental health, foster resilience, and strengthen team connections.

Family Recollection Day

Rooted in the unique needs and dynamics of your family, this personalized recollection offers a gentle yet powerful space to reconnect with one another. The day’s flow combines group prayer, guided journal reflections, individual quiet time, and fun, purposeful family-building activities that promote open communication, forgiveness, and joy.

Each family member will receive a Journal Companion, thoughtfully created to guide personal reflection and deepen the family’s shared spiritual journey—during the recollection and beyond.

 

Whether your family seeks healing, renewal, or simply a shared sacred experience, Family Recollection Day offers a beautiful invitation to grow in grace and in love.

Wellness Writing Weekend Retreat

Across this intentional weekend, you’ll receive reflective writing prompts inspired by your personal journey and spiritual goals. We’ll gather for group journaling sessions, big group share outs, and soul-nourishing conversations, with time for personal stillness and prayer.

 

You’ll also receive a private 1-on-1 session with our Wellness Writing Coach, who will prayerfully read your journal reflections (with your permission) to help you listen more deeply to what God is revealing in your story.

 

This is more than a retreat—it’s a safe, Spirit-led space to write, reflect, and rise in the company of women who walk with you.
