Through Wellness Writing Wednesday (WWW) sessions, I began my journey in journaling and I've never stopped doing it since! I've learned to appreciate the power of writing and the wellness effect that it has on us.
The fact that WWW is also a place for me to grow from my singlehood to married life is also a big blessing to me as I was able to experience and share different walks of life with the ladies in our group. It was a refreshing experience that left me feeling more connected to my inner peace.
Pluma is one of the activities that I look forward to the most at work. I love how Pluma deepens the way I see myself, my teammates, and God. The sessions help me to reflect and re-ground myself. Pluma is also an avenue for me to know my teammates better and gain a better grasp of where their hearts and minds are at, allowing me to see things in a different perspective and respond to them in more compassionate and understanding ways. Most importantly, I love how it helps me see how my relationship with God evolves through time and how significant it is to live my life deeply rooted in faith, hope, and love.
WWPH has helped me in my journey back to my true self. The COVID-19 pandemic had been a challenging time for me as fears, worries, and doubts clouded my thinking. With the WWW sessions that focus on positivity, I was able to become hopeful and grateful again!
